Up for fixed price are new rod dowel center finders made in the USA by Products Engineering Company. These tools accurately and quickly locate the center on round workpieces. Workpiece center is obtained when the pointer lines up with line on short shaft in drill chuck or collet.

My E-Bay philosophy is simple, you are the customer and you decide how you want to handle the deal. I will go along with most anything as long as it is not too outrageous and you keep me informed. If it will be a few days before you get payment to me, no problem, just let me know so I will not worry about it being lost. I do not have any hard and fast time lines on what happens when. I work very hard to get all packages to the Post Office the next day after I receive payment. If for some reason that will be delayed, I will let you know.

All my items are shipped either USPS 1st class or Priority shipping.  I will ship another method to get it to you faster as long as you and are willing to pay for the faster shipping.   

You decide how you want to pay and I will usually go along with it. So far all (well, most) of my dealings have been with nice, honest people. (As I would expect) .

I do ship worldwide. Please use the shipping calculator to determine shipping to your location. I ship all items 1st class international, which can sometimes take 30 days to arrive. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

My satisfaction policy is also very simple, you are the customer and you decide if you want the item. Satisfaction is guaranteed, no exceptions. Purchase may be returned for any reason or no reason within 30 days in original condition for a full refund. If the item is defective or for something I did or failed to do, I will also refund the postage. If you just changed your mind or found another one down the street, cheaper or better. I still accept returns except you will need to pay the postage.
